Overview
Elite lawyer Hua Zhao from the 21st century transmigrates into a poor, overweight village woman in 1970s China. She inherits a miserable start: orphaned, with a gravely ill grandfather, and wakes up during a forced marriage scene. Senior worker Ye Shen, visiting his grandfather’s comrade, is tricked into this marriage by Hua Zhao’s family and resents it.
