Overview

This film depicts a Hong Kong police station's decision to send a new police officer, Zhou Xingzhi, to disguise himself as a seeker and infiltrate a private prostitution camp after racking his brains and doing nothing to crack down on the case. He uses secret video footage to search for evidence.
