Overview
Carol and Robert meet on a cable car in the city. She works in a bookstore; he’s a stockbroker. “Would you like to go to the beach?” he asks. She agrees, but they both remember prior bad, loveless experiences, her in a car and him in a cheap hotel. Will they fare better at the beach? Filmed in sleazy San Francisco.
